* Participate in the assembly construction project cooperated with an American engineering company in Ningbo, work as a interpreter for the foreign experts in Ningbo; translate all the documents related to the project, including techniques and criteria of the equipment, CAD drawing, construction plan and emails, etc. * Assist the project manager to contact foreign equipment suppliers, participate in the purchase of the import equipment; coordinate the communication between the Chinese and foreign companies about the project, promote the project. * Work as the conference interpreter between company CEO and foreign clients, write the conference minutes; participate in the reception for the foreign clients, guide them to the plant, introduce the company products; contact the clients after their visit, maintain the relationship with the client.

* Assist the Germany project manager in the preparation and construction for the Siemens washing machine plant in Ningbo, including the translation and filing of the government approvals, conference interpretation, follow up the purchase of the product line investment, timely follow up and report the financial status and engineering status, complete all the tasks from the project manager. * Support project operation, including the storage of the important materials of the drawings, design criteria and regular meeting minutes of washing machine plant project, communication and cooperation between the project team and different departments in the company, reception arrangement for the staff from the Germany headquarter.
