A system with one control unit and many slaves is not a network; nor is a large computer with remote printers and terminals. There is considerable confusion in the literature between a computer network and a distributed system. The key distinction is that in a distributed system, the existence of multiple autonomous computers is transparent (i.e,not visible) to the user. He can type a command to run a program, and it runs .It is up to the operating system to select the best processor, find and transport all the input files to that processor, and put the results in the appropriate place. In other words, the user of a distributed system is not aware that there are multiple processors; it looks like virtual unprocessed or Allocation of jobs to the processors and files to disks, movement of files between where they are stored and where they are needed, and all other system functions must be automatic. With a network, users must explicitly log onto one machine, explicitly submit jobs remotely; it is all automatically done by the system without the users’ knowledge. In effect, a distributed system is a software system built on top of a network. The software gives it a high degree of cohesiveness and transparency. Thus the distinction between a network and distributed system lies with the software (especially the operating system), rather than with the hardware. Nevertheless, there is a considerable overlap between the two subjects. For example, both distributed systems and computer networks need to move files around. The difference lies in who invokes the movement, the system or the user.

The purpose of a letter of application is to help you to “sell” yourself. It should state clearly the job you want and should tell what your abilities are and what you have done . Employers want experience---which, naturally, no beginner has. The answer is that everything you have ever done is experience. It is important to write a good strong closing remark for your letter. Make a specific request for an interview or give the possible employer something definite to do or expect. An excellent idea is to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your letter. That makes it easier for a possible employer to get in touch with you.

Abstract:The paper states a background operation process used by performance evaluation system of HR management and some key technologies. The system analyses feedbacks from staff's self-evaluations, mutual evaluations and leaders' assessments, provide leaders with a general idea of enterprise development and enable leaders to make related decisions.Timed evaluation can be divided into four modules which are personal evaluation, supervisors' evaluations, evaluation query and statistic analysis. 360 degree (omnidirectional) evaluation includes five modules,like adding questionnaire, maintaining questionnaire, filling questionnaire,personal quering and company statistic.Adopting the system, staff entitle in self-appraisal and can let colleague evaluated.To some extent, it improves their effects of appraisal, lets them face positively and meanwhile,is helpful to enhance equitableness of appraisal.Hence,it reduces the affects of staff's passive working status, low working efficiency, decreased turnover and so on,especially cuts down enmities among staff due to inappropriate appraisals which result in a mess status of company.And,it helps leaders find staff's potentialities from assessments,choose proper positions to staff, supply staff more chances of development.Meanwhile,it increases efficiency that enterprise chooses appropriate and high level staff.The application of Performance Appraisal System dramatically improve assessment intension of enterprise and shorten period of appraisal. Abstract: In recent years, despite the service level of Chinese banking has been dramaticly improved,there is still some gap with the requirements of lots of clients and the social. With the expand and openning of financial market, higher requirements has been made to banking in the new era. Facing current international situation, only if do domestic industiral banks insist improving service level and quality, optimize service style ASAP, create good service surrounding, they could not only better service for the development of social economy,but also win a larger exerting space in international competition. The paper analies current service status of Chinese industrial banks.Then, correspondant countermeasures are concluded to improve the service level of Chinese industrial banks.
