The Party, for whom it has become impossible to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, in consequence of the above-stated circumstances of Force Majeure, shall inform the other Party by fax, within 10 days from the date of beginning of such circumstances, about the beginning and cessation of circumstances preventing fulfillment of the contractual obligations. If any of the specified circumstances has directly affected fulfillment of the obligations in time, stated in the Agreement, the deadline shall be extended until the cessation of such circumstances accordingly. If the partial fulfillment or failure to fulfill obligations last more than three months, the Parties shall meet and settle all the issues related to termination or continuation of the present Agreement, financial items included.
译文: 协议一方如果由于以上陈述的不可抗力导致无法按照协议履行义务，应该在此情况发生后的10天内以传真形式通知协议另一方，申明该情况的发生会妨碍其履行合同义务。按照协议，如果其中的任何一个特殊情况直接影响到了其及时履行义务，应相应地延长合同期限直到此情况结束为之止。如果协议一方无法按约履行义务超过3个月，应由双方见面，面谈商讨以决定是否终止或继续协议，包括财务方面的纠纷。
