On Elanso, a translation project is initiated by the Client, which means Client contact with any matching translators and choose one to undertake the project. As a Non-Certified translator, you can also get the project opportunities by increasing your popularity on Elanso and have your name shown on Homepage. You can translate articles or comment on others’ articles, any readers are your potential Clients. You can also post your image plugin to other websites to promote yourself. However a Certified Translator enjoys much more opportunities to undertake projects than a Non-Certified Translator! Please refer to this topic How to promote myself?

The more projects you undertake, the more opportunities you get to take other projects. We still observe many transactions between new Clients and new Translators. Clients may choose the translator for a second project if they satisfy with their projects done by the Translator. We’d like to see that there is long-term cooperation between the clients and translators.

The translation fee has been transferred to Elanso when the Client posts a project on Elanso. Elanso will transfer the translation fee to your account 3-5 working days after Client's confirmation of your translation.
